A wide shield with straight shoulders tapering to a rounded point, carrying a thin equal-armed medical cross in the middle. It joins protection with healthcare, standing for coverage, patient safety and insured treatment, which makes it a fit for health plan comparison pages, clinic and hospital websites, telemedicine app menus, employee benefits decks and pharmacy or claim forms.

The cross arms are evenly balanced and centered in the upper half of the shield, leaving the curved lower point clean so the form is readable when scaled down. Use it with stethoscope, first aid kit and hospital icons; at 16 px the cross holds, but the shield edge benefits from a heavier stroke.
