Three simple person figures, each a circular head above a rounded shoulder shape, arranged in a triangle with two horizontal arrows pointing in opposite directions between them. The layout shows a third party passing messages between two sides, fitting mediation and arbitration services, HR and dispute resolution pages, negotiation training slides and partner exchange diagrams.
The two counter-facing arrows sit at the visual center, so the eye lands on the exchange rather than on any single figure. Use it with handshake, meeting and support icons; the small heads need at least 32px before the triangle layout stays clear.
