Life Buoy black filled icon
Ring life buoy with a thick float, eight rope segments and small side loops
About the Life Buoy black filled icon
A thick circular float is drawn as two concentric rings, divided into eight equal segments by short grab lines, with small rope loops attached at the four outer corners. It stands for water safety, rescue, emergency help and support. Use it for help and support buttons, lifeguard and pool safety signage, boating and marine apps, travel insurance pages and emergency instruction slides.
The open center is wide enough to place a letter or small glyph inside if you build a custom support badge, and the segment lines give texture without shading. It sits naturally beside anchor, ship and life vest icons in a marine set, or beside question mark and headset icons in a help set.
This is the solid black filled version of the life buoy icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
