Korean Won color filled icon
Won currency sign: a W crossed by two horizontal bars
About the Korean Won color filled icon
The mark is the won currency sign: a bold W shape crossed by two parallel horizontal bars that extend past the letter on both sides, leaving small triangular counters between the strokes. It identifies prices in South Korean currency, so it works in e-commerce checkouts, currency converters, banking and wallet apps, travel expense trackers, and finance dashboards or reports covering Korean markets.
The letterform is heavy and evenly weighted, with the crossbars set at even spacing so the glyph stays legible when scaled down. It belongs with the dollar, euro, yen and rupee signs in the currency set, so match stroke width across them. At 16 px keep the two bars clear of each other.
This is the colour filled version of the korean won icon: a flat, solid-colour shape that stands out in dashboards, marketing pages and app tiles where the icon needs to carry colour meaning.
