Two bean-shaped kidneys face each other in mirror image, each with the characteristic notched hilum on the inner edge, and two long parallel ureters run straight down the middle of the square. The drawing is purely anatomical, standing for renal health, nephrology and urinary function. The two organs sit high in the frame while the ureters carry the eye downward, giving the icon strong vertical symmetry that lines up well in an organ grid.
