About the Hired black filled icon
A head-and-shoulders figure wearing a suit jacket and tie is marked with a circular check badge at the lower right, the standard way to show an approved or confirmed person. Use it for recruitment funnels and applicant tracking screens, job offer emails, HR onboarding flows, verified profile states and staffing agency pages.
The oval head and open collar keep the figure neutral, and the badge overlaps the shoulder so the two shapes stay separate. Swap the badge for a cross or clock to build rejected and pending states from the same base; 24 px is the safe minimum.
This is the solid black filled version of the hired icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
