About the Helmet black outline icon

A construction hard hat seen head on, with a domed shell, two raised ridge vents down the crown and a wide flat brim across the bottom, framed inside a thin circle. It stands for site safety, protective equipment, workers on duty and work-in-progress states. Use it on contractor and engineering sites, safety induction materials, job listings for trades, maintenance pages and 'under construction' placeholders.

The dome sits centered on the long brim, and the two vertical vents break the shell so it does not read as a plain arch. The enclosing circle makes it drop straight into avatars, step markers or category chips. Pair it with hammer, vest and traffic cone icons; at 16 px use the version without the circle.

This is the black outline version of the helmet icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
