About the Hand black filled icon
An open hand faces forward with four fingers held together and the thumb angled out, drawn inside a thin circular frame. The raised palm reads as stop, wait, permission or greeting depending on context. Use it for stop and halt states, gesture tutorials, drag handles, accessibility and volunteer sign-up pages, or a high-five moment in onboarding screens.
Fingers are rounded and evenly spaced, with the palm forming a broad rectangle that keeps the shape readable at small sizes. It pairs with pointing, thumbs-up and clap gestures in the library. Place it beside a short label, since a bare palm can mean both stop and hello.
This is the solid black filled version of the hand icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
