Globe black outline icon
Wireframe globe drawn with crossing meridian and latitude grid lines
About the Globe black outline icon
A circle is divided by two vertical meridian curves and three horizontal latitude lines into an even wireframe grid, with no landmasses drawn. The abstract treatment reads as internet, worldwide reach and location without favoring any country. It fits language and region switchers, website fields in contact forms, international shipping options, browser and domain interfaces, and global coverage slides in presentations.
Lines are spaced evenly so the sphere reads as round rather than flat, and the grid stays light enough to survive scaling. It pairs with compass, plane, pin and network icons from the same set. At 16 px thin the grid to one meridian and one latitude line to avoid a muddy center.
This is the black outline version of the globe icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
