About the Friends black outline icon
This icon shows two simplified people drawn as round heads above rounded shoulders, the front figure overlapping and partly covering the one behind so the pair reads as standing close together. It communicates friendship, companionship, partnership and shared membership. A natural fit for contact lists, group chat and invite screens, community pages, team sections in presentations, and social network profile UI.
The two busts are the same size but offset horizontally and vertically, which creates depth with only outline strokes and no shading. Even stroke weight keeps the overlap edge crisp.
