About the Form black filled icon
A tall rectangular sheet holds five horizontal rules of decreasing length, and a pencil angled from the upper right rests its sharpened tip against the lower lines, as if the page is being completed.
The combination says data entry rather than plain reading, so it works for online form and checkout steps, job or loan applications, surveys and feedback prompts, contract signing flows, and admin paperwork queues.
