About the Finger Tap Ripple black outline icon
A hand drawn palm-down with the index finger extended upward into a double ring that marks the point of contact, while the remaining fingers and thumb stay curled. It conveys tapping, clicking and direct touch input. Use it in mobile onboarding walkthroughs, gesture instruction sheets, kiosk and touchscreen prompts, call-to-action buttons and usability or prototype documentation.
The concentric contact rings act as a ripple cue and give the gesture direction, while the even stroke keeps the hand readable against busy screenshots. It belongs with swipe, pinch and double-tap icons in a gesture set. Place it at 32px or larger so the two rings do not fuse into a dot.
This is the black outline version of the finger tap ripple icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
