About the Film black filled icon
A wide rectangular film frame is edged top and bottom by sprocket bands of slanted perforations, with a large outlined play triangle centered between them. The combination reads instantly as video, playback and cinema, making it useful for media player controls, streaming app navigation, video tutorial cards, video thumbnails and presentation slides about film production.
The frame uses rounded corners and even stroke weights, so the diagonal perforations stay legible without crowding the play mark, which occupies roughly a third of the width. It sits well beside camera, clapperboard and volume icons; use 24 px or larger.
This is the solid black filled version of the film icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
