About the FAQ black filled icon
Two rectangular speech bubbles overlap, each with a pointed tail: the larger front bubble carries the letters FAQ, and a second bubble sits behind and to the left. The pairing suggests a question asked and an answer given, making it right for help center headers, support page navigation, chat widgets, onboarding tooltips and knowledge base article lists.
Bubble corners are lightly rounded and the lettering fills most of the front panel, so the word stays legible down to about 32 px; below that only the bubble shapes read. It pairs with chat, question mark and headset support icons in the same set.
This is the solid black filled version of the faq icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
