About the Factor black outline icon
A key lies above a toothed cog with an open circle at its center, and a line drops from the cog into a bracket that feeds two small squares. Together they show a single key factor driving a mechanism that produces two results. Use it for strategy slides, process automation pages, root-cause analysis dashboards, configuration screens and consulting reports.
The three elements stack vertically — key, gear, branching tree — so the cause-to-effect reading is immediate, and the square end nodes echo other flowchart icons in the library. Keep it at 40 px or larger so the cog teeth and the key bit stay sharp.
