About the Debug black filled icon
An oval beetle with segmented back, two antennae and six jointed legs sits at the center of a circular crosshair with tick marks at top, bottom, left and right. Together they say a fault has been located and is about to be fixed. Fit it into developer tools, bug trackers, QA dashboards, antivirus screens and release-notes slides.
The bug fills roughly half the target so both ideas stay readable, and the four tick marks break the ring to suggest active aiming. Pair it with code, shield and magnifier icons in a development set; at 16 px drop to the filled style for clarity.
