A classic arrow pointer with a long tail and squared-off notch tilts toward the lower right, and a small thin plus sign sits just off its upper-right tip. The pair signals click to add, multi-select or create new, which makes it useful for design tool toolbars, canvas and map editors, file manager add actions, onboarding tooltips and CRM lead-capture buttons.
