About the Cursor Plus color outline icon
A classic arrow pointer with a narrow tail sits at an angle inside a thin circular frame, with two small plus marks placed above and to its left. The pluses turn a plain pointer into an add or create action, which fits new item buttons, canvas and design tools, drag-to-select modes, onboarding tooltips and cursor style settings in web and desktop apps.
