A simple head-and-shoulders figure faces forward while three question marks of different sizes float above the head, each with its dot detached. Nothing else is drawn, so the whole meaning sits in the cluster of questions: wondering, uncertainty and active curiosity. Use it on FAQ and help center pages, onboarding tips, survey and user research screens, quiz apps, and slides about customer problems or unmet needs.

The bust is built from a circle and a rounded rectangle with wide spacing between them, leaving the upper third free for the marks that lean outward in a fan.
