This complaints icon combines a sheet of paper with a folded top-right corner and five lines of body text, overlapped at the lower right by a circular face with two dot eyes and a downturned mouth. Together they read as a written grievance or negative review, which fits support ticket queues, customer service dashboards, feedback and survey forms, refund flows and quality report slides.
The face sits on top of the document edge, breaking the rectangle so the two elements read as one object rather than a pair. Text lines vary in length to suggest real writing. It pairs with review, rating star, support agent and happy face icons; use the filled style when placing it on a colored badge.
