About the Chain black outline icon
Two long capsule-shaped links run diagonally from lower left to upper right, hooked through each other at the center where each loop opens to let the other pass. It signals a hyperlink, a connection between records, attached files or an unbroken sequence. Common in text editor link buttons, CMS and share menus, blockchain and integration diagrams, security pages and API connection screens.
The links are stretched and evenly weighted, and the small gaps at the join sell the interlock without shading, keeping the diagonal reading clean. It pairs with broken link, share, paperclip and copy icons in an editor toolbar. At 16 px the center gaps can fill, so use the fill style for small UI.
