About the Best Employee black filled icon
A scalloped award rosette holds a small circular portrait of a person in shirt and tie, with two notched ribbon tails falling below. The combination names a specific person as the winner rather than a generic prize. Use it for employee-of-the-month pages, HR recognition programs, performance review dashboards, sales leaderboard cards and internal award presentations.
The rosette's wavy edge frames the head-and-shoulders portrait at a consistent stroke weight, and the crossed tails give the badge a stable base. It pairs with trophy, medal and certificate icons in the library; at small sizes the portrait reduces to a dot, so keep it above 32 px.
This is the solid black filled version of the best employee icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
It downloads free as an SVG vector or transparent PNG in seven sizes, and the free online editor lets you recolor it, apply gold, silver, neon and gradient styles, add animation, or convert it to EPS, PDF and DXF.
