About the Balaclava black outline icon
A head-shaped knit hood covers the whole face, leaving one wide rounded eye opening and a small oval mouth hole, with a thick rolled collar wrapping the neck and shoulders below. It reads as cold-weather gear, anonymity and concealed identity, so it works for ski and snowboard shops, motorcycle and tactical equipment stores, winter sports apps, crime or security illustrations and costume listings.
The outer contour tapers from a rounded crown into the collar, and the two openings are placed high in the face area to keep the mask recognizable rather than blank. The layered neck folds add depth without extra strokes. It pairs with beanie, scarf, gloves and goggles icons. At small sizes the mouth hole closes up, so 32 px or larger is safer.
This is the black outline version of the balaclava icon: even, monoline strokes that stay crisp at small sizes and suit clean, minimal interfaces, wireframes and light backgrounds.
