About the Aim black filled icon

A circular target made of three concentric rings is pierced by a feathered arrow that enters from the upper right and stops dead in the center dot. The shaft crossing the rings makes the hit unmistakable, so the design carries goal setting screens, KPI and OKR dashboards, marketing strategy decks, sales target reports and onboarding flows about defining objectives.

The rings sit slightly left of center to leave room for the fletching, which keeps the diagonal arrow fully inside the frame. It pairs with trophy, rocket and chart growth icons in the library. If you scale below 24 px, drop the innermost ring so the arrow tip stays visible.

This is the solid black filled version of the aim icon: a bold silhouette that reads clearly at 16-24 px and on dark or busy backgrounds, and prints well in one colour.
