Three squares are stacked with a slight offset so the lower two peek out at the left and bottom, and a bold plus sign sits at the center of the front square, all held in a circular frame. It reads as add a layer, create a new card or duplicate an item in design tools, file managers, kanban boards, gallery apps and dashboards.
The plus is drawn thicker than the square outlines, which pulls the eye to the action rather than the stack. Use it with delete, edit and duplicate icons in the same toolbar, and drop the circle if you need a tighter inline button.
