About the Add black outline icon
A bold plus sign sits at the center of a circle, with a second thin ring tracing just inside the outer edge for a coin- or button-like frame. It carries the meaning of adding, creating or expanding. Use it for add-item buttons, new project controls, upload panels, shopping cart actions and zoom-in tools in maps and editors.
The cross has equal arms with squared-off ends and keeps generous space between it and the inner ring, so the shape stays readable when scaled down. It mirrors minus, close and check icons in the same set; at 16-24 px, drop the inner ring if strokes merge.
