This design shows an award rosette: a scalloped, wavy edged medallion with a plain circle at its center, sitting above two long ribbon tails that cross at the base and end in notched V cuts. It reads instantly as accreditation, certification or a first place result. The petal edge is built from evenly spaced bumps around the circle, and the blank center is sized to hold a number, star or letter if you customize it.
