A head-and-shoulders user sits inside a round badge with a toothed cogwheel overlapping the lower right of the figure. The pairing reads as configuring a person's account rather than general app settings. Use it for profile and preference menus, admin or user-management panels, onboarding steps that ask for account details, permission and role screens, and support pages about changing personal information.

The gear breaks the shoulder line so the two symbols stay separate instead of merging into one blob, and the outer circle makes it drop-in ready for avatar-sized buttons. Pair it with user, lock and gear icons; at 20 px reduce the gear teeth count if it starts to fill in.
